Filling instructions will be sent with your package: These can be filled at home using a small funnel (one can easily be made by making a cone out of a small 4in x 4in piece of paper and tape). I recommend you apply superglue with a toothpick to the screw top, screw it in, and wait 24 hours before wearing. I use E6000 glue which can be bought at most hardware or craft stores.
